1. Refund Window

You may request a refund within 72 hours (3 days) from the exact date and time of your purchase.

Example:

• Purchase: 1 July at 3:00 PM
• Refund request deadline: 4 July at 3:00 PM

Refund requests submitted after the 72-hour period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be requested only if all of the following conditions are met:

• The request is made within 72 hours of purchase.
• You have not completed more than 50% of the course content, as determined by your course progress on our platform.
• You have not violated our Terms & Conditions.

If more than 50% of the course has been accessed or completed, the purchase will be considered substantially consumed and no refund will be provided, even if the request is made within the 72-hour window.

Students who have completed 100% of the course are not eligible for any refund, regardless of when the request is made.

3. No Refund After 72 Hours

Once the 72-hour refund period has expired:

• No refund requests will be accepted.
• No exceptions will be made.
• Change of mind, accidental purchase, personal circumstances, financial reasons, lack of time, dissatisfaction after continued use, or any other reason will not qualify for a refund.

This policy is final and applies equally to all students.

4. Digital Products & Piracy Protection

The Piano Korner course is a non-tangible digital product.

Because digital content can be viewed, copied, downloaded, or misused, this refund policy is designed to protect both our students and our intellectual property.

For this reason:

• Refunds are available only under the conditions described in this policy.
• Refunds will not be granted after the 72-hour period.
• Refunds will not be granted if more than 50% of the course has been accessed.

5. Early Access Purchases

The Piano Korner course may be released in phases, with additional modules added over time.

By purchasing during the Early Access period, you understand and agree that:

• You are purchasing the course in its current stage of release.
• Remaining modules and future updates are included in your purchase.
• Waiting for future module releases is part of the Early Access experience.
• The phased release of modules is not a valid reason for a refund after the 72-hour refund window.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience any difficulty accessing the course, receiving course materials, or using the platform, please contact us immediately.

We will make every reasonable effort to resolve technical issues as quickly as possible.

Technical support requests do not automatically qualify for a refund.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy All course content provided by Piano Korner, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, PDFs, sheet music, exercises, quizzes, graphics, text, downloadable resources, course structure, and any other learning materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Piano Korner and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, and other applicable intellectual property laws of India. Any unauthorized copying, recording, screen recording, downloading, reproducing, modifying, distributing, uploading, sharing, selling, sublicensing, publishing, or otherwise making the course content available to any third party, whether in part or in full, without prior written permission from Piano Korner, is strictly prohibited. If any learner is found engaging in piracy, unauthorized sharing, resale, or any other infringement of our intellectual property rights:

• Immediate termination of access to the course and all associated services may occur without prior notice.
• No refund will be provided, regardless of the purchase date or refund eligibility.
• Piano Korner reserves the right to seek compensation for any losses or damages caused.
• Piano Korner further reserves the right to initiate appropriate civil and/or criminal legal proceedings under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and any other applicable laws in India.
